Meringue Flavour Fishing Concentrate

A sweet Meringue flavour. This flavour tastes like opening the oven door on some freshly baked Pavlova’s that have a slight dark colour to the top, It’s truly delightful and brings back memories of Grandma’s baking. This is a reasonably strong flavour, start at 3% to 6%.

For best results if using in liquids/goos allow this flavour to steep for at least 7 days.
