Oak Old Mill Lakes in Lincolnshire

Oak is a great 20’s water and represents an excellent opportunity of large hits of fish including fish to over 30lb+. Oak contains around 700 fish with Commons to 35lb+, Mirrors to 36lb+, Leathers to 34lb+, Linears to 33lb+ and Ghost Carp to 27lb+. To date there have been 18 different 30’s confirmed (as at October 2021), though we expect that there are upwards of 50 fish capable of breaking through 30lb on their next visit to the bank, we just waiting for them to get caught again. The majority of the first batch of stockies stocked 5 years ago at single figures are now through 20lb+ with the best of these fish now 30lb+. Oak offers a great opportunity to get a few runs under your belt, whether you are fairly new to angling for carp or looking for a confidence boost or to test tactics. Oak contains some stunning fish that we are sure will continue to grow very well over the coming years!
